ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFO:

  • Minimum Order amount must be Rs.300
  • Standard Shipping Fee is Rs.99
  • FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE Rs.999
  • Standard Shipping : Delivery in 5-10 business days of receiving it.

MISSING/WRONG ITEMS IN THE ORDER:

We Try to package and ship your orders with the correct items as much as possible but sometimes mistakes can happen and some items can be wrong/missing in your order.

Please provide us a package opening video when you receive the order so that we can resolve the issue faster. Please email us at contact@snackspause.in

( We will not be able to issue any refund without order package opening video. )

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS:

If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you should contact the courier if any problems arise. Tip: if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the courier and asking them to hold your package at a local pickup point for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen.

SNACK PAUSE INDIA does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Once the order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification including the package tracking number.

Important:

  • After the order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, phone number, pin code, or modify the order items/quantities.

  • If an order is returned to us (RTO) by the courier due to missing or incorrect address, phone number, or pin code details provided by the customer, we cannot re-ship the order unless the customer pays the shipping charge of Rs. 99 again.

All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc. are listed and executed in INR.
