3. Orders & Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines mentioned on the Website are estimates and may vary based on location and courier delays.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products (food & snacks), we do not accept returns once the package is opened.

  • Refunds are provided only if:

    • The product is damaged during transit.

    • The wrong item is delivered.

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

  • Order cancellations are allowed before dispatch only.
