About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner
  2. Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues effectively
  3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  4. Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
  5. Follow communication guidelines and company policies
  6. Meet performance targets (quality, response time, call handling, etc.)

Requirements

  1. Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  2. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Punjabi
  3. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
  4. Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not mandatory)
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team full-time in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in short-form content creation and a strong social media presence. You will be responsible for producing engaging reels, including behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, storylines, scripting, shooting, and editing to showcase our brand and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop engaging and creative Instagram Reels and short videos
  2. Script, shoot, and edit high-quality content for social media
  3. Capture and produce behind-the-scenes content
  4. Create storyline-based reels to boost engagement
  5. Stay updated with trends, transitions, and trending audio
  6. Collaborate with the team to bring fresh content ideas

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in content creation and social media management
  2. Strong social media presence (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts)
  3. Skilled in shooting and editing videos (mobile/professional tools)
  4. Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  6. Bonus: Experience with photography, graphic design, or influencer collaborations
